The brand new radio year has taken effect, and excitement is in the air as the Best Mornings continues its position as the number one Breakfast show on the SABC mega station. Metro FM’s weekday breakfast show, ‘Best Mornings’ will once again, for the third year, be steered by DJ Sabby and his brilliant team.
Best Mornings has consistently dominated the airwaves as Metro FM’s top-performing show, leading in both audience numbers and revenue since its launch in 2022. Metro FM boasts a listenership exceeding 4 million, with Best Mornings commanding the lion’s share – engaging over 2.1 million listeners and holding an extraordinary time-spent-listening margin. Last season, Best Mornings achieved unprecedented financial success, increasing its revenue by hundreds of millions, which made it the highest-grossing radio show across the SABC. No other show has matched its revenue generation, consistently surpassing targets since DJ Sabby and his team took over the slot.
Best Mornings airs weekdays from 6AM to 9AM, boasting an incredible reputation with numerous award nominations, exclusive interviews with notable names, broadcasts outside South Africa and engaging conversations while seeking solutions to issues across a variety of age groups.
