Seabelo Theledi Named Entrepreneurial Leader in SAIBPP100 Class of 2025

Property investor and founder of Nthoese Development, and current Group CEO of Shenge Property Group and Jeqe Management, Mr Seabelo H. Theledi, received recognition as an Entrepreneurial Leader in the prestigious SAIBPP100 Class of 2025, a platform that celebrates South Africa’s Top 100 Black property practitioners transforming the built environment.

Curated by the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP), the SAIBPP100 highlights industry leaders who not only innovate within their fields but also drive meaningful change across their communities.

Mr Theledi has spent over three decades building a property development legacy centred on inclusive growth and social upliftment. Through Nthoese Development and associated entities, he has pioneered commercial and retail projects in rural and township areas, bringing essential infrastructure and economic opportunity to historically underserved communities.
