 After eight years of dreaming, planning, and refining a vision that was born from experience, The Siba Deli Foodshop + Eatery has officially opened in Cape Town’s newly built Longkloof Precinct in Gardens. This flagship store marks a meaningful new chapter for the global food icon, multi-award-winning chef, restaurateur, and Forbes-recognised powerhouse Siba Mtongana. This exciting venture is part of a brand evolution that is rooted in purpose, community, and the simple joy of good food.

Affectionately known as “The Queen of Convenience” from her global, multi-award-winning show Siba’s Table on Food Network, Siba has spent years empowering home cooks with ingenious shortcuts, flavour-packed recipes, and time-saving hacks. Guests can expect (amongst many others) dishes such as Siba’s Famous Chakalaka & Egg on Toast, Beef Fillet, Mushroom & Samp Risotto, Grilled Chicken & Asian Ginger Corn Salad and Oxtail with Truffle Pap & Greens – each one crafted with quality ingredients, bold flavours, and Siba’s signature warmth.
