Glow in the dark mode activated: Meet Doctor Squish Glow It!

Doctor Squish Glow it! and Slime Squad Studio add new layers to sensory play, bringing glow-in-the-dark and DIY fun to a toy range already built around squeezing, stretching, creating, and discovering.

Doctor Squish Glow It!

The new Doctor Squish Glow It! range taps into everything children love about Squishies: colour, texture, surprise, and hands-on play. The glow-in-the-dark element gives the range an added sense of excitement, transforming the experience from daytime play into something extra special when the sun goes down and the lights are off, adding a fun reveal moment that children can return to again and again. For children who already own a Doctor Squish Squishy Maker, the new Glow It! refills are fully compatible, allowing them to create glow-in-the-dark squishies without needing to purchase a new station.

“Doctor Squish Glow It! and Slime Squad Studio bring an exciting new dimension to sensory play, combining hands-on creativity, discovery and the magic of glow-in-the-dark fun,” says Mariska Wewege of Solarpop. “These ranges are about more than simply squishing and slime; they encourage children to experiment with textures, explore colour, follow their curiosity and take pride in creating something of their own. From making glow-in-the-dark squishies to mixing and customising slime, every activity offers an opportunity to learn through play, spark imagination and discover something new. It’s this combination of creative freedom, interactive fun and the excitement of seeing their own creations come to life that makes Doctor Squish such an engaging addition to the sensory play category.”

Doctor Squish Glow it! is a great gifting option for children who love creative, tactile and slightly messy-feeling play without the full mess. The products work well as a festive gift, birthday surprise or reward toy because they’re more than a quick novelty. The amazing squishy maker and refill kit, which includes a refill of the balloons and the amazing powder that makes it all glow, makes for incredible birthday memories or festive gifts.

Doctor Squish Slime Squad Studio

The creativity doesn’t stop there because another addition to the Doctor Squish range is Slime Squad Studio, a mini slime lab with all the tools and ingredients necessary for children to make their own slime from scratch. Clear base glue and activator liquid, coloured inks to dye the slime and mix-ins like party confetti, mixing cup, decorative tools, and storage bottles to keep the slime from drying out are all included in the kit. What’s more, the DIY slime can be used in the Squishy maker. All products in the range are fully compatible.

Online reviewers on Amazon have highlighted the hands-on fun of the Doctor Squish range, with one calling it a “hot commodity with kids” and others noting how much children enjoy making their own squishies. It’s a fun activity, easy to set up and reusable, ticking many exciting play boxes. Suitable for children aged 8 and up, and for parents who want to join in the fun!
